PRO Registration

To enter the Spec-Savers Ironman 70.3 South Africa as a professional athlete, you would need to be in possession of a valid pro membership licence with the World Triathlon Corporation for the 2013 season. 

WTC Pro Membership procedure

If this has not been finalised for the 2013 season, you would need to make contact with the WTC to secure the required licence, prior to registering for the 2013 Ironman 70.3 South Africa event. To contact the WTC Pro Membership department, you can e-mail them at promember@ironman.com. If you have a national elite licence from your federation, this will automatically qualify you for a WTC Pro Membership licence upon submission to WTC.

Registration procedure for the event

Once you have finalised your membership for the 2013 season, you can make contact with Wendy Symington at the World Endurance South Africa office at wendy.symington@ironman.com who will then provide you with a unique password to register as a professional for the 2013 Ironman 70.3 South Africa event. 

To register for the Race requires 3 easy steps : 

1. Login to the Easy Reg System by clicking on the “Register Now” button on this page.  Here you will need to create your user profile. Enter your details and CHOOSE YOUR OWN PASSWORD on the login screen. This will be your user profile for all future World Endurance South Africa events including Ironman 70.3 South Africa, Ironman South Africa and the 5150 series.
2. Once you are logged in, you will choose registration type “professional” and be prompted for the password supplied to you by the World Endurance South Africa office.
3. Follow the steps in the registration process to complete your registration. 

Please remember that if you register as a professional and obtain a WTC Pro membership licence for the 2013 season, you will have to race as a pro for any of the WTC sanctioned races for the remainder of the 2013 season.
