My first blog ever. What are you supposed to say? I ain't gonna be one of those boring sods who churns out nonsense about pb's, intervals, etc but I've got F all to say really except my legs are sore from running and cycling yesterday and only did 20 miles in total (1/7th of an Ironman)..........hhhmmm this is gonna be hard. My drink limit of 2 days a month started on Feb 1st too and I've used one day up already. Roll on March!!!!!!!!!
